📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your candle is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $35.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

🕯️ Our Candles

What are VelaEsscents candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured using a luxurious coconut soy wax, premium phthalate-free fragrance oils that avoid carcinogens, mutagens, and a variety of other toxins that would be found in paraffin wax. Our lead-free cotton wicks are all natural ensuring a clean, even burn. 

Are your candles safe for pets and children?
While our candles are crafted with clean ingredients, offering a clean burn for your space.  We always recommend burning candles out of reach of pets and children. 

How long do your candles burn?
Each 8oz candle has an average burn time of 45–50 hours when properly cared for. Check out our Candle Care page for detailed instructions on how to properly care for your candle.

Can I reuse the jar?
Yes! Once your candle is finished, gently clean out the jar with warm, soapy water and reuse it however you'd like.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes. We offer notes. At checkout you will have the option of adding a customized note to your order. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. 

Can I place a custom or bulk order?
Absolutely. For custom labels, bulk gifts, or wholesale orders, reach out to us on our contact page and we will be sure to respond in a timely manner!
